Solar Cogeneration System 2000

Solar Cogeneration 2000 (Corporate group)
Central House Co., Ltd.

This cogeneration system combines PV power generation and solar heating functions. The solar cell panels are rimmed with lagging, and placed in a stainless steel airtight insulated container with a clear double-glazed upper surface. As the solar cell panels generate power, air is passed through the insulated container and fed into a heat box on the ground for use in hot water supply and air-conditioning. This system was highly rated for its simplicity, economic efficiency, and environmental benefit in that natural energy is used for all operations other than the fan for circulating the air.

Features of equipment, system and facilities

Simultaneous use of solar light and heat
Heat and power supply system that uses solar energy to generate power and at the same time, collects heat for use in heating and hot water supply (solar cogeneration system).
Solar modules are placed inside a cogeneration module container — a stainless steel airtight insulated container with a clear double-glazed top. It generates power through the solar cells, and collects heat through air circulation.

  High energy efficiency
Power output is more than three times greater compared to a system combined only with PV power generation (3 times the power + heat energy conversion efficiency).
The collected heat is used for heating and hot water supply through the heat box (hot water supply and heat storage system).
During winter the system is used for power generation, heating, hot water supply and heat storage, and during summer it is used for power generation and hot water supply, and also for cooling (optional system).

  Environmental benefits and adaptability
Significantly contributes to the reduction of CO2, and from this, the prevention of global warming.
Can be widely used in fields where there is a demand for power and heat, such as homes (both newly built and existing homes), hospitals, schools, offices, etc.
