Mechanism of the "Collective Application through Local Governments" Quota

Local governments eligible for the subsidy program are those that are implementing or planning to implement within the fiscal term its own subsidy program (facility cost subsidy, installation cost loan, etc.) for residential-use PV power generation and that are planning to secure national government subsidy quota by reservation. Even if the local government does not have a such a subsidy program, advance reservation for a plan to install residential-use PV power generation systems by community residents of the municipality can be accepted as reservation of the local government. (Applications are received for systems scheduled to be completed between April 15, 1999 and March 10, 2000, and which subsidy payment application can be submitted within the said period.)
